- Feature requests: the use case and which existing tool comes closest. Real-world context helps us prioritize.
- Press / partnerships: a one-paragraph context, your role, and any timeline you are working to.
Response time
We are a small team. Bug reports tied to broken functionality are triaged within 48 hours. Feature requests and partnership inquiries usually receive a reply within 5 business days.
What we cannot help with
- Recovering or removing content posted on third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) β those are outside our control.
- Custom font installation or device-level rendering issues β please contact your device or app vendor.
