Use of the service
Cursivetool provides free tools for converting text into Unicode font styles. You may use the output for any lawful purpose — personal, commercial, educational. The generated text uses standard Unicode characters which are not subject to copyright on their own.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the tools to harass, deceive, or impersonate others.
- Do not attempt to overload, scrape, or otherwise disrupt the service.
- Do not republish our tool source code or styled output as your own without attribution.
Intellectual property
The Cursivetool brand, design, and original content (blog posts, illustrations) are owned by us. The site source code may be open-sourced under MIT in the future. The output text is composed of standard Unicode code points which are part of the public Unicode standard and not owned by anyone.
Disclaimer
Cursivetool is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep tools accurate and available but do not warrant uninterrupted service or that every Unicode character will render correctly on every device. Some characters fall back to default glyphs on outdated platforms — that is a property of Unicode rendering, not a defect in our tools.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cursivetool is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to use the service (which, for a free service, is zero).
Third-party services
The site is delivered through Cloudflare and uses Umami Cloud for anonymous analytics. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply when their services process your requests.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
